Return Policy:
If you are disatisfied with any item purchased from SupernaTea.com for any reason, you may return your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To return a product, send an email to info@supernatea.comand request an RMA number. You will receive back an email with an RMA number and retrun instructions. Once your item is received, a credit will be issued back to the credit card used for purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
